Nwachan Jacob Ngock, Director of Urban Development Bamenda City Council is a profesional Town Planner trained in Ahmadou Bello University Zaria-Nigeria. He equally holds Certificates in International law, Internationa Human Rights law and International Humanitarian law, obtained from Catholic University louvain –Belgium. He has attended a number of leadership trainings on Environment, Urban Management and Climate change & is currently the Cameroon Country Representative in Bamenda for the Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme (PSUP). Besides his duties of Director of Urban Develolpment Bamenda City Council, Jacob takes time off to offer part time lectures on Planning in the university of Bamenda and National Polytechnic. He is Secretary General of the Village Development Associaion, ACENCUDA, Board Secretary of his credit Union TADKON, President of the Mezam Council Workers Trade Union and labour Court Assessor for the North West Court of appeal. Jacob is married with Children.
