Sully Kwetila Epse Dzevesen Annabela has been Secretary General of Bamenda City Council (BCC) since 9^th April 2021 following a presidential decree. She is a holder of Bachelor’s Degrees in Public Law and History from the university of Yaoundé II (Soa) and I (Ngwa-Ekelle) respectively and a Diploma from the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM). Before being secretary-general to Bamenda City Council, she has served in various administrative units within diverse ministerial departments of Cameroon such as being Support Staff and Bureau Head at the Ministry of External Relations (MINEEX), Assistant Research Officer and later Research Office at the Ministry of Public Contracts (MINNAP) and Head of Unit Projects for Regional and Local Authorities at the Ministry of Decentralization and Local Development (MINDDEVEL). Mrs. Annabela has as a major goal in life to administer with utmost faithfulness.
