Bih Honorine Kecha Espe Anyele has been Director of Finance and Economic Affairs in  Bamenda City Council (BCC) since March 2021. She has an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) and a Btech in management from the University of Bamenda, plus a Bachelors Degree in Management from the University of Buea. Before being Director of Finance and Economic Affairs,  she has served in various administrative units within Bamenda City Council such as being Stores Accountant, Treasurer, and Chief of the Government Delegate / The City Mayor’s Cabinet. Mme Anyele has over 18years plus treasury and administrative experience with a mastery of finance and administrative services.
