Achobong Tambeng Paul is a realistic societal person with bachelor’s degrees in Hydraulic Engineering and Theology, and an HND in Civil Engineering. He has work experiences spanning leadership roles from Project Chairman and Secretary General  at PC ABANGOH  and CPDM Subsection President atua-Azire Subsection of Mezam Section from 2005 to 2013 and Vice Section President Mezam 1A from 2014 to date while being a Councillor at Bamenda 1 Council and Grand Councillor at Bamenda City Council from 2013 to 2020. Apart from being the City Mayor, Achobong Paul has also been Director General of CONCEPT ENGINEERING CAMEROON since 2013 and Resident Pastor of OVERCOMERS CHAPEL BAMENDA since 2014. Being an ambitious and virtues leader, Achobong is the pioneer elected City Mayor of Bamenda City Council and has pave the way to an urbanized, law-abiding, and peaceful Bamenda City.
